What does Omega 3 fish oil do for kids?
Omega 3 and Omega 6 combine to build eye and brain tissue, mainly.
We usually have enough Omega 6, so most people just supplement Omega 3.

I find that the best way to include it in my diet is to use the Smart Balance line of products, which take foods that are naturally high in fat and make them in a way that includes EFA’s. You can find these products in most grociery stores. They’re usually a little more expensive, but I find that they’re worth it. I’ve tried their peanut butter, butter, mayonnaise, and vegetable oil and they all taste great and work just like a similar product without the EFAs works. Here’s their website.
